A Borgo Scene is a fully tailored experience built around you.

The restaurant. The first stop. The last drink. What to wear. What to order. When to arrive. Where to go next. The small detail you wouldn’t have thought about. The rhythm of the evening. The thing that makes an ordinary plan feel like a scene worth remembering.

You give us the pieces.

We arrange the night.

What we’ll ask you

• limitations or non-negotiables

• desired feeling

You don’t need to arrive with a complete idea. That’s what we’re here for.

How it begins

Within 24 hours of booking, you’ll receive your first private text message from us.

Your consultation time does not begin when we message you.

It begins when you reply.

From there, you have 60 minutes of total private consultation time to use throughout the creation of your Scene.

The 60 minutes do not need to be continuous.

We might speak for eight minutes now, twelve minutes later, and return to the conversation again as your Scene develops. Your remaining time simply continues from where you left it.

Text first. No video calls.

A Borgo Scene is designed primarily through private text conversation.

There are no video calls.

If you would rather speak, you may request a short audio call after receiving your first message. Audio calls are limited to 10 minutes and will be arranged within four hours of the request, where availability allows.

Any time spent on an audio call counts toward your total 60-minute consultation allowance.

Your Scene

Your custom Scene may include:

where to begin
where to go
what to wear
what to order
the sequence of the experience
timing
transport or movement between stops
small atmospheric details
tone notes
specific recommendations
and any other elements needed to make the Scene feel complete.

No two custom Scenes are built the same way.

Reservations

Where reservations are required and booking is available, we can arrange them as part of your Scene.

Reservation assistance is included in the service fee.

Any restaurant bill, ticket, transportation, deposit, admission, purchase, reservation fee, or other third-party expense remains your responsibility and is separate from the price of A Borgo Scene.

Delivery

Your complete Scene will be delivered by email within a maximum of 96 hours.

Your delivery contains the finished experience and the details you need to live it.

Revisions

After receiving your Scene, you have 48 hours to request changes.

Any requested revision will be returned within that same 48-hour revision period.

Your revision conversation uses your original 60-minute consultation allowance, so we strongly recommend keeping approximately 15–20 minutes unused if you think you may want to make changes after delivery.

Once all 60 minutes have been used, additional consultation or revision time may require an additional fee.

One last thing

A Borgo Scene is not about filling every minute of your evening.

It is about knowing which moments deserve one.
